Robin Koul, an Engineer by profession and a folklorist by passion, is currently posted in the Ramban District of Jammu & Kashmir. Deeply in love with the ancient traditions and cultures, he works with the aim of preserving them for future generations and has dedicated himself to documenting the same.

Robin was born in the village of Nunar (Ganderbal) of Kashmir and has completed his studies in Reasi and Jammu. This is his second book. His first book, The Yaksha’s Cap and Other Stories, a collection of short stories, was published in 2019. He currently resides in Kashmir and can be reached at: robinkoul0307@gmail.com
